If you have not heard from us after 2 weeks, please get in touch with the surgery using the form below to follow up. If the doctor has advised a return appointment to review results, then phoning to check blood results are back prior to attending is necessary. Results of tests ordered by consultants do not routinely come back to the surgery. You will have set up a review appointment for this.
